Thea was a great host! Super responsive and obviously concerned we had a nice stay. The house was beautiful and very clean! The ability to walk to a private beach was amazing! She even gifted us a Norton Shores momento mug!

Dealing with Thea was exceptional. The home was exactly as described, and even outfitted better than expected. The bedrooms were very large, enabling one to unpack and have ample room to move around. Plenty of plugs for charging phones, iPads etc. The kitchen was very well equipped which we appreciated because we cooked a few meals at our “home for the week”. We opted to play cards in the dining room, instead of the game room in the basement, and it also was specious with comfortable chairs.
One other thing of note. We checked in on a Sunday about 4, and found a minor cabinet door loose. Later that same day (on a Sunday) Thea had a repairman come out. He was efficient, pleasant and quick. Blown away at the speed of response… especially since it was on a Sunday. Thank you Thea for a wonderful week!

Thea’s home was everything she said it was and more. The outdoor space was amazing, wish we could have used everything available. The game room was fantastic! The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider this home on returning trips.

Thea is an awesome host! She was proactive in making sure check-in and check-out went smoothly. Any questions we had were answered immediately; Thea made sure we were comfortable and felt right at home. The house is amazing! All the amenities and games allowed us to have a fun and relaxing stay. It’s also centrally located near many great distilleries. Sitting around the camp fire at night with a glass of local bourbon was the perfect end to the day. We will definitely stay with Thea again!

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was designed for relaxation and fun. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the game room was an absolute blast—with a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, and even arcade games that brought back serious nostalgia.
The bedding was incredibly comfortable, making every night feel like a stay at a luxury resort. Whether you're looking to chill out or challenge your friends to a game night, this spot has it all. It’s the ideal escape for couples, families, or groups of friends. We didn’t want to leave—and we’re already planning our next visit!

Amazing house! Very cozy with a stunning design. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There’s also an incredible game room and even a poker room. I truly applaud the hosts for creating such a wonderful space. This is by far the best BnB I’ve stayed at in the state of Kentucky so far!

The home was truly amazing! With all the beautiful decor, comfy areas in every room, and a plethora of activities to stay occupied, we definitely could have stayed much longer! But we’ll just have to come back instead!

Beautiful spotless home with quiet safe surroundings. It was the perfect place to stay and relax while exploring Frankfort and the Bourbon Trail. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was a wonderful place to come back to in the evening. My dog also love walking the neighborhood in the mornings. Would definitely come back if in this area of Kentucky again. Thank you for a great weekend.
